Editorial approach

Clinical clarity. Human scale.

Built around the patient's timeline

The material follows the sequence of decisions and lived experiences, from the first conversation about surgery to ordinary life after rehabilitation.

Written for patients and families

Plain language makes room for uncertainty, hard days, and the people supporting recovery alongside the patient.

Practical tools with clinical restraint

Exercises, checklists, questions for the care team, and tracking sheets support informed conversations without replacing individual medical advice.
